The Placement Committee at Indraraj Arts, Commerce & Science College is committed to creating meaningful employment opportunities for students. It consistently strives to support students in achieving their career aspirations through focused and dedicated efforts. The committee plays a crucial role in educating students about potential career paths, current industry trends, job profiles, leadership roles, and professional development events. To help students enhance their soft skills, it regularly conducts various workshops and activities. The Training and Placement Cell has been active for several years, positively impacting many students by facilitating both on-campus and off-campus placement drives. It collects data on final-year students across all departments and ensures that important updates—such as career prospects for Science graduates, information on potential employers, and evolving market demands at local, regional, and national levels—are made available on college notice boards.
