INTRODUCTION
Our college offers an “Earn and Learn” scheme for financially needy students. This program allows students to work part-time within the college to support their education and living expenses. The scheme aims to promote a sense of responsibility and dignity of labor among students. Under this scheme, students can earn money by working before college hours.
OBJECTIVES
- To Provide Financial Assistance: Support economically disadvantaged students in continuing their higher education by offering them part-time work opportunities.
- To Promote Self-Reliance: Encourage students to become self-dependent by earning while they learn.
- To Support Rural and Backward Area Students: Give special attention to students from rural and underprivileged backgrounds who face financial constraints.
- To Develop Work Ethics and Skills: Help students gain practical experience, improve their time management, and build a strong work ethic alongside their studies.
- To Reduce Dropout Rates: Minimize the number of students leaving higher education due to financial hardship.
- To Enhance Social Responsibility: Instill a sense of dignity of labor and social awareness among students.
RULES & REGULATIONS
- Under this scheme the student has to work 1 hours per day.
- Student will get Rs.40 / – per hours remuneration for the work.
- These students has to work in various department like office ,PG labs, UG labs, Library, Botanical garden etc.
- student can get their remuneration on every end of month.
