About Department

The Department of Economics was established in 1998-99 in the beginning of this institution.  This Department  is one of the most important Dept in the College and surroundings also. The Department has one  full time faculty Dr. A. B. Pawar – as HOD –Professor and    Dr. G. T. Solanke  – Assistant Professor as   C.H.B./ visiting faculty.

This Department was established in 1998-99. The Department of Economics imparts instructions in the Subject of Economics and programmers prepared by Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad at under graduate level. Economics has contributed much to every sector of human development and it has responded to every current activities of knowledge. In recent year, the subject of Economics has assumed greater significance for the economic growth, eradication of poverty and unemployment. It explains the nature or many problems such as Inflation, Stagnation, Recession, Population Explosion, and Adverse Balance of Payment and soon.
